Follow these detailed instructions to quickly report and/or block Messages users on KSL.com or within the KSL Classifieds app.
Messages, the newest feature in KSL Marketplace, enables buyers and sellers with verified email addresses to securely correspond with each other about listings they may be interested in. Still, there may be times when it is necessary to report and/or block users sending potentially fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate communications via Messages.
Using a Web Browser
1. Open KSL.com in your browser window.
2. Hover over the account icon on the right side of the header.
A checkmark appears on the icon if you are already logged in. If not, click the blue Sign In button and enter your email and password.
3. Select Messages from the menu.
4. Go to the conversation of the user that you would like to report.
5. Click the three dots next to the conversation chain.
You can also click Report User in the top right corner of the screen in the conversation.
6. Click Report.
7. Explain why you are reporting the user.
8. If you would also like to prevent further communications, click the Block User toggle.
9. Confirm your decision by clicking Submit.
You're done! A report will be sent to our CommuniTeam. If you chose to block the user, they will no longer be able to correspond with you via Messages in KSL Marketplace and all conversations with them will be removed from your inbox. Should you want to unblock a user, email us at support@ksl.com.
Using the KSL Classifieds App
1. Open the KSL Classifieds app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap Messages on the left side of the screen.
4. Go to the conversation of the user that you would like to report and/or block.
5. Tap the three dots next to the conversation chain.
You can also click Report User in the top right corner of the screen in the conversation.
6. Tap the Report icon.
7. Explain why you are reporting the user.
8. If you would also like to prevent further communications, tap the Block User toggle.
9. Confirm your decision by tapping Submit.
You're done! A report will be sent to our CommuniTeam. If you chose to block the user, they will no longer be able to correspond with you via Messages in KSL Marketplace and all conversations with them will be removed from your inbox. Should you want to unblock a user, email us at support@ksl.com.
