The following steps below will outline the cancellation flow that you need to take to have your service listing canceled.
App Instructions
- Open the KSL App on your mobile device
- Select My Account from the bottom left
- Select My Listings
- Select Services from the top menu
- Select Manage and then Cancel
- Fill out the KSL Classifieds Cancellation Form and Submit
Web Instructions
The following steps below will outline the cancellation flow that you need to take to have your service listing canceled:
1. Complete the linked Cancellation Form. If you have been working with an Account Executive or experience any difficulty with the Cancellation Form, please contact our support team at support@ksl.com or (801) 515-2309 to get assistance you with the next steps.
2. Upon the submission of your form, your listing and billing will be canceled on the date specified on the sheet or date that you provided to your Account Executive.
Support Response
Once we receive your request, support@ksl.com will process your request and provide you with a confirmation. In some cases, you may need to coordinate with your Account Executive for the cancelation to be processed. In these cases, you will be informed that additional action is required.
When canceled, customers will no longer be able to see your business in the Services section of KSL Classifieds. Your listing will be put into an inactive state allowing you to reinstate that listing in the future if you would like.
