How Do I Cancel My Service Listing?

The following steps below will outline the cancellation flow that you need to take to have your service listing canceled. 

Please note: If your Service Listing is through one of our Account Executives, you’ll need to work with them to ensure your Cancellation is processed successfully.

 App Instructions

1. Open the KSL App on your mobile device
2. Select My Account from the bottom left

3. Select My Listings

4. Select Manage and then Delete 

5. Press “Yes” to confirm the Deletion. This will effectively discontinue any active subscriptions, not done through an Account Executive/our Sales Team.

The following steps below will outline the cancellation flow that you need to take to have your service listing canceled: 

1. From KSL.com, click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner 

2. Select ”My Listings” followed by “All” or “Classifieds” 

3. Select “Manage” 

4. Select “Delete”

5. Press “Delete” to confirm 

Additional Notes: 

When canceled, customers will no longer be able to see your business on KSL Classifieds.
