How to Create a Service Listing on KSL

Ready to share your services with customers? You can create a Service listing in the KSL Classifieds app or on KSL.com. We’ll walk you through each option.

Pricing and billing

Every Service listing costs $75 and covers 30 days. You can post a Service listing in any category and subcategory. The category you choose decides how billing, renewal, and upgrades work.

If you post in the Services category

Your listing is charged monthly until you deactivate or delete it.
Your listing renews automatically, so you don’t need to renew it yourself.
To add upgrades, work with the KSL Sales Team. You can get connected through the KSL advertising page.

If you post in any other category

You pay for each listing period. It does not renew automatically.
To keep your listing active, renew it and complete payment again each month.
You can add upgrades yourself, with the same options as other KSL Classifieds listings.

What to include in your listing

Help potential customers understand what you offer before they contact you. Include:

Photos of your work and, if you’d like, one video.
A clear title that explains the service you offer.
A description of your services, service area, and how customers can request a quote.
Your business name and any other details that apply to your work.

Create a Service listing

In the app

Open the KSL Classifieds app and tap Add Listing.
Tap Services.
Add photos of your work. To include a video, tap Add Video. You can tap a photo thumbnail to edit it or drag photos to change their order.
Enter your service and business details. Choose a Category, then a Subcategory.
Review the listing details and make any needed edits.
Tap Activate Listing, then follow the checkout prompts. Need more time? Tap Save Draft to finish later.

On KSL.com

Post a service listing on KSL.com

Hover over Classifieds in the Marketplace menu, then click Add Listing.
Select Classifieds or Services.
In the Listing Type row, make sure Service is selected.
In Add Videos & Photos, upload or drag in your photos. You can also add a video. To reorder photos, click and hold the dotted lines around an image, then drag it into place.
Enter your service and business details. In Category & Subcategory, choose the category where your listing belongs.

Tip: Use the description editor’s formatting tools to add bold text, italics, or lists. Formatting pasted from another program may not carry over.
Review the listing details and make any needed edits.
Click Activate, then follow the checkout prompts. Need more time? Click Save for later to finish later.

Cancel a Services category subscription

If your Service listing is in a Services subcategory and you manage it yourself, Deactivate or Delete the listing from My Listings to cancel it.

If you manage your listing yourself

On KSL.com, go to My Listings, click Manage > beside the listing, then click Deactivate.
In the app, go to My Account > My Listings, tap ⋯ on the listing, then tap Deactivate.

If an Account Executive manages your listing
