Services: Commonly Asked Questions

Learn how Service listing billing works, where to update payment information, how to cancel a subscription, and what to check if your listing is not appearing in search.

Paying for a Service listing

Service listings are billed monthly. How billing works depends on where your listing is placed.

Listings in a subcategory of Services
Your listing is a monthly subscription. You’ll be charged each month until you cancel.
Listings in a category outside of Services
Each payment covers one month and does not renew automatically. To keep your listing active, renew it and pay again each month. Renewal becomes available in as little as 14 days.
Update your payment information:
Update your card in the Payment Manager.
Working with an Account Executive?
Your Account Executive handles billing and payments, including payment-information updates and listing cancellations. Contact them directly. If you are not sure who your Account Executive is, contact KSL Support, and we’ll help you find out.

Cancel a Services subscription

If your Service listing is in a Services subcategory and you manage it yourself, follow the instructions in How Do I Cancel My Service Listing?.

Account Executive-managed listings:
If an Account Executive manages your listing, contact them to cancel it. If you are not sure who manages your listing, KSL Support can help you find the right contact.

Where your listing appears

Once your Service listing is live, it appears in KSL Classifieds search results on KSL.com and in the KSL Classifieds app. People can find it by searching keywords, browsing your category and subcategory, or filtering by location or ZIP code.

Why your listing is not showing up

Start with these common reasons.

Checkout was not finished
Your listing goes live only after you enter your payment details and complete checkout. Go to My Listings and check your listing’s status. If it says Draft, open the listing and finish checking out.
A payment was missed
If a recent monthly payment did not go through, your listing may stop showing until the payment is made. If you work with an Account Executive, contact them to get the payment sorted out.
The listing expired
If your listing is in a category outside of Services and was not renewed, its status shows Expired in My Listings. Activate it to make it visible again.
