How to Delete or Mark a Classified Listing Sold on KSL

You can mark a Classifieds listing as sold, temporarily deactivate it, or delete it. Start by choosing the action that best fits what you want to do.

Choose What You Want to Do

Mark As Sold

Marks the listing as sold. It remains on your account and can be reactivated.

Deactivate

Temporarily hides the listing from search results without deleting it.

Delete

Moves the listing to Deleted status for 30 days. You can restore it during that time.

Delete (No Undo)

Permanently removes the listing and all its data. This cannot be undone.

Find Your Listing

Mobile App
  1. Open the KSL Classifieds app and tap My Account.
  2. Tap My Listings, then tap Classifieds.
  3. Find the listing you want to update and tap the three dots on its listing card.

Website Instructions

  1. Click or tap the account icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click or tap My Listings. The page opens with All sections showing.
  3. Find the Classifieds listing you want to update and click or tap Manage.

Mark a Listing as Sold

Mobile App

Tap Mark As Sold from the three-dot menu.

Click or tap Mark As Sold from the Manage menu.

The listing will remain on your account until you delete it or it expires. To restore it, open the listing menu and select Activate.

Mark as Sale Pending on KSL.com

On KSL.com, you can select Mark as Sale Pending from the Manage menu. This website-only option lets buyers know that a sale is pending without fully removing the listing from view. If the sale falls through, open the Manage menu and select Activate.

Deactivate a Listing

Tap Deactivate from the three-dot menu.

Click or tap Deactivate from the Manage menu.

Your listing will stop appearing in search results but will not be deleted. To restore it, open the listing menu and select Activate.

Delete a Listing

Important: Deleting a listing is a two-step process. The first step can be reversed for 30 days. The second step is permanent.

Delete — Reversible for 30 Days

This moves the listing to Deleted status.

Mobile App

Tap Delete from the three-dot menu. When asked why you are deleting the listing, choose:

  • Sold on KSL
  • Sold elsewhere
  • No longer selling
  • I do not wish to answer

Tap Submit & Delete.

Click or tap Delete from the Manage menu. Choose a reason from the same options shown above, then click or tap Delete to confirm.

The listing will display Status: Deleted in red.

Restore a Deleted Listing

KSL keeps the deleted listing for 30 days. During that time, open the three-dot menu in the app or the Manage menu on KSL.com and select Activate.

Delete (No Undo) — Permanent

This permanently removes the listing and all its data.

Find the deleted listing in My Listings. Tap the three-dot menu, then tap Delete (No Undo).

  • Activate — restore the listing
  • Delete (No Undo) — permanently remove the listing

Find the deleted listing in My Listings. Click or tap Manage, select Delete (No Undo), then click or tap Delete to confirm.

There is no undo: After you confirm Delete (No Undo), the listing and its associated data cannot be restored.
