Want more people to see your listing? A Feature Day and Boost can give it extra visibility on KSL Classifieds. Jobs listings, Service listings outside the Services category, and other Classifieds listings all use the same upgrade steps.
Is your listing managed by an Account Executive?
Some listings are handled by an Account Executive instead of through My Listings.
- Listings in the Services category: Your Account Executive handles upgrades for these listings.
- Listings managed by an Account Executive: For upgrades, cancellation, or billing, contact your Account Executive.

Service listings posted outside the Services category can use the steps below unless an Account Executive manages them.
Upgrade options
You can choose one or both.
Feature Day
Gives your listing extra visibility by rotating it through Featured spots on the search results page on your selected date.
Boost
Moves your listing back toward the top of search results, as if you’d just posted it.

In the app
Upgrade your listing in the app

Open My Account
Open the KSL Classifieds app, then tap My Account in the bottom navigation bar.

Open My Listings
Tap My Listings.

Open the Upgrade menu
Find the listing you want to upgrade. Tap the three dots on the listing card, then tap Upgrade.

Choose a Feature Day
In the Upgrades window, choose whether to add Featured. If you select Yes, use the calendar to pick one or more dates.

Choose Boost dates
Choose whether to add Boost. If you select Yes, use the calendar to pick the date or dates you want.

Review your Shopping Cart
- Review each upgrade and its scheduled dates.
- To change an upgrade, tap Edit.
- To remove an upgrade, tap the trash can icon.
When everything looks right, review your Total Charges, then tap Pay Now.

Choose your payment method or enter your payment details, then tap Pay.

Upgrade your listing on KSL.com

Open your account menu
On KSL.com, click the account icon in the upper-right corner.

Open My Listings
Select My Listings from the dropdown menu.

Open the upgrade options
Find the listing you want to upgrade and click Upgrade. You can also use the Upgrade link in the promotional panel on the right side of the page, or select Upgrade while editing your listing next to Save at the bottom of the page.

Choose a Feature Day
In the Optional Upgrades window, choose whether to add Featured. If you select Yes, use the calendar to pick one or more dates.

Choose Boost dates
Choose whether to add Boost. If you select Yes, use the calendar to pick the date or dates you want.

Review your Shopping Cart
- Review each upgrade and its scheduled dates.
- To change an upgrade, click Edit.
- To remove an upgrade, click the trash can icon.
When everything looks right, review your Total Charges, then click Pay Now.

How a Feature Day works
A Feature Day gives your listing extra visibility by placing it in Featured spots in the search results. These spots rotate, so your listing won't stay in one place. It may show up in a different spot each time someone searches.
When it runs
It depends on the date you pick when you buy it:
- If you pick today: Your Feature Day starts as soon as you check out and runs for the rest of the day. The price is the same no matter what time you buy it.
- If you schedule a future date: Your Feature Day runs that whole day, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

- Listings with a Feature Day rotate through the top four Featured spots in search results.
- Four more Featured spots appear after each ad break. The first ad break comes after 12 listings, and then there’s another one every 24 listings.
Where it appears in the app
- Listings with a Feature Day rotate through the top four Featured spots in search results.
- Four more Featured spots appear every 10 listings.
How Boosting works
A Boost resets the clock on your listing. Its timestamp updates as if you'd just posted it, and because search results are sorted from newest to oldest, your listing moves back toward the top. As new listings come in, it'll gradually move down again.
What a Boost changes
A Boost changes only the timestamp shown on your listing. It doesn't renew your listing or change its expiration date, so you'll still need to renew your listing as usual. Some subcategories charge renewal fees or limit how many times you can renew. Boosts don't count toward those limits.
When your Boost takes effect
We process Boosts every day between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. When your listing moves up depends on how many other listings are being boosted at the same time. It might not move to the top right after you check out, but it should move up during that window on the day you picked.
Scheduling a Boost
You can Boost your listing today or schedule one for a later date. You can Boost a listing once every three days. When you pick a Boost date on the calendar, the two days after it become unavailable.
