How to Delete or Mark as Sold for a Home for Sale Listing on KSL

Follow these detailed instructions to change the status of your Home for Sale Listing. 

App Instructions:  

1. Open the app on your mobile device
2. Select My Account from the bottom left

3. Select My Listings

4. Select Homes from the top menu

5. Select Manage and then Mark as Sold or Delete 
   • Mark as Sold will allow your listing to remain on your account until you Delete it or it Expires
   • Delete will permanently remove your listing from your account 

6. Confirm your selection 

7. You’re all set! 

Web Instructions:

1. From KSL.com hover over the Person icon in the upper right 
2. Select My Listings 

3. Select Homes 

4. Select Manage and then Mark as Sold or Delete 
   • Mark as Sold will allow your listing to remain on your account until you Delete it or it Expires
   • Delete will permanently remove your listing from your account 

5. Confirm your selection 

6. You’re all set! 

Additional Note: 

If you marked your listing as Sold and need to reactivate it, follow the same steps as above but select “Make Available” from the “Manage” menu
