How to Create a Homes for Sale Listing on KSL

Follow these detailed instructions to create a KSL Homes for Sale Listing.

App Instructions: 

1. Open the KSL Classifieds App on your mobile device
2. Select the "+Add Listing" icon in the middle of the bottom menu

3. Select “Homes”

4. Select For "Sale"

5. Fill out the required information and any optional information that you’d like to include 
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions and select "Checkout Now"

7. Choose from the following upgrades and the dates you’d like them applied 
   • Renew: A listing renewal will extend the expiration date of your listing an additional 30 days. 

• Featured Days: Featured Listings are pinned to the top of similar search results for the entirety of the scheduled day(s).

• Boost: A boost puts your listing back to the top of the relevant search results just like when you first posted it. It goes down the page as new listings are posted.

• Ribbon: A listing ribbon is an eye-catching banner on your listing, to help it stand out from others on the search results page.

8. Select "Activate"
