Want more people to see your home? You can add a ribbon, Boost or Feature Day to your KSL Homes listing, whether it's for sale or for rent.
The steps are mostly the same for both. We'll point out where they're different.
Your upgrade options
Let's start with the basics. You can add any of these upgrades and choose the dates you'd like them applied.
- Ribbon: Adds an eye-catching banner to your listing to help it stand out in search results. You choose the banner text, such as "Mountain Views" or "Fully Updated."
- Boost: Moves your listing back to the top of relevant search results, just like when you first posted it. It'll move down the page as new listings are posted. A Boost doesn't renew your listing or change its expiration date.
- Feature: Puts your listing in a Featured spot in search results for an entire day. Featured spots rotate, so your listing may show up in a different position each time someone searches.
App instructions
Rentals only
You can't upgrade a rental listing in the KSL Classifieds app just yet. Your rentals still show up under the Rent tab, but you'll need to upgrade them on KSL.com.
Find your listing

In the KSL Classifieds app, select My Account.

Select My Listings.

Select the Homes tab.

Select Buy to see your listings for sale.

Find the listing you want to upgrade. Select the three dots (⋯) on the listing card, then select Upgrade.
Pick your upgrades and pay

Choose your upgrades and the dates you'd like them applied.

Select Pay Now.

Enter your payment information.

Select Pay to complete your upgrade.

These steps work for listings for sale and for rent.
Find your listing

On KSL.com, hover over the account icon (the person icon) in the upper-right corner.

Select My Listings.

Find your listing, then select Upgrade next to it.
Rentals only
Choose your account type
If you're upgrading a rental and your account type is Trial, you'll be prompted to switch to Standard before you can continue.
Pick your upgrades and check out

Choose your upgrades and the dates you'd like them applied.
Checkout looks a little different depending on your listing type. Follow the steps for your listing.
Listings for sale

Select Pay Now.

Enter your payment information.

Select Pay to complete your upgrade.
Listings for rent

On the Payment Method screen, enter your payment information.

Select Submit to complete your upgrade.
You're billed on Mondays for all listing activity from the previous week.
Good to know
- Payments: All payments are processed through our secure third-party partner, Stripe.
- Rental account type: Only Standard rental listings can be upgraded.
- Checking rental costs: The Shopping Cart lists each item you've selected and its price. It also shows a Listing estimate for this week and an Account estimate for this week.
