How to Create a Homes For Rent Listing on KSL

Follow these detailed instructions to Create a KSL Homes for Rent Listing. 

 

App Instructions: 

Creating a listing for KSL Homes for Rent on the KSL Classifieds App isn’t available just yet. If you try to Create a Homes for Rent listing on the KSL Classifieds App, you’ll be redirected to KSL.com

Web Instructions: 

1. From KSL.com, hover the person icon in the upper right corner
2. Select "Add Listing"

3. Select "Homes"

4. Select For "For Rent"  

5. Fill out the required information and any optional information that you’d like to include 
6. Accept the Terms and Conditions and select "Activate Now"

7. Select your Rent Account Type 

8. Choose from the following upgrades and the dates you’d like them applied 
   • Ribbon: A listing ribbon is an eye-catching banner on your listing, to help it stand out from others on the search results page.

• Boost: A boost puts your listing back to the top of the relevant search results just like when you first posted it. It goes down the page as new listings are posted.
  
   

• Featured Days: Featured Listings are pinned to the top of similar search results for the entirety of the scheduled day(s).

9. Select "Activate" or "Pay Now"
