KSL.com is required:
You can’t create a Homes for Rent listing in the KSL Classifieds app yet. If you start one in the app, you’ll be redirected to KSL.com to finish. Follow the KSL.com steps below.

Create a Homes for Rent listing on KSL.com

In the top navigation, find the Marketplace section and select Classifieds. Then select Add Listing.
Select Homes.
Select For Rent.
Complete the required fields and add any optional details you want to include. Add information that will help renters decide whether the property is a good fit.
Accept the Terms and Conditions, then select Activate Now.
Select your Rent Account Type.
Choose any upgrades you would like and the dates you want them to run. Upgrades are optional, so you can skip this step if you don't want them yet.
Enter your payment details and submit your payment.

Tenant screening

Tenant screening lets renters share their screening results with you through participating KSL Homes listings. The screening is completed through SimpliVerified, KSL’s trusted partner.

Good to know

Tenant screening is optional, and you can choose it separately for each listing.
Renters can still contact you about the property without completing a screening.

Want more people to see your listing? You can add these optional upgrades.

Ribbon

Adds a banner to your listing so it stands out in search results.

Boost

Moves your listing back to the top of relevant search results, like when you first posted it. As new listings are posted, yours will move down the page again.

Featured Days

Shows your listing in Featured placements in similar search results on the days you schedule.
