How to Troubleshoot City/State Input Problems on KSL Classifieds

Unable to select a City/State while posting a listing? Follow these detailed instructions to get past this and successfully post your listing.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Delete and replace the current Zipcode with a random one (example: 84663)
  2. Click into the City field to make sure this is no longer blank
  3. Delete the random Zipcode and replace it with the correct Zipcode
  4. Select the applicable City and State from the provided options 
  5. Check the box below State to sync the chosen City/State/Zipcode combination to your account, for future listings
