Want more people to see your Service listing? Upgrades can give it extra visibility on KSL Classifieds. Your available options depend on the category where your listing is posted.
Upgrade options
Upgrades are separate from your Service listing fee.
Listings in the Services category
If your listing is in the Services category, a KSL account executive handles upgrades. You can’t buy them through My Listings. Visit the KSL advertising page to connect with an account executive and review your options.
Listings outside the Services category
If your Service listing is in a different category, you can buy upgrades yourself from My Listings. You’ll see the price for each upgrade in the Shopping Cart before you pay.
Featured Listing
A Featured Listing gives your listing extra exposure by placing it in Featured spots alongside other Featured Listings. These spots rotate, so your listing won’t stay in a fixed position and may appear in a different spot each time someone searches.

- The top four spots in search results rotate among Featured Listings.
- Four more Featured spots appear after each ad break. The first ad break comes after 12 listings, then another appears every 24 listings.
In the KSL Classifieds app
- The top four spots in search results rotate among Featured Listings.
- Four more Featured spots appear every 10 listings.
Boost
A Boost moves your listing back to the top of search results, as if you’d just posted it. As other sellers post new listings, your listing gradually moves down the page again.
What a Boost changes
If your Service listing is outside the Services category, you’ll still need to renew it and pay for it each month. Some subcategories have renewal fees or limits on how many times you can renew. Boosts do not count toward those limits.
When your Boost takes effect
KSL processes Boosts every day between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. When your listing moves up depends on how many other listings are being boosted at the same time.

You can Boost your listing today or schedule a Boost for a future date.
How to buy an upgrade
These steps are for Service listings posted outside the Services category.
App
In the app

Tap My Account, then tap My Listings.

Find your Service listing, tap the ⋯ menu, then tap Upgrade.

At Schedule a Featured Listing?, tap Yes to choose dates or No to skip it.

At Schedule a Boost?, choose whether to add a Boost, then select your dates.

In the Shopping Cart, review your items and total charges, then tap Pay Now.
Web
On KSL.com

Open your account menu and select My Listings.

Find your Service listing and select the green Upgrade button.

In the Optional Upgrades window, choose whether to schedule a Featured Listing, then select your dates.

Choose whether to schedule a Boost, then select your dates.

In the Shopping Cart, review your items and total charges, then select Pay Now.
Finding your listing in search
To see your upgrade working, search for your listing the way a buyer would. My Listings does not show where your listing appears in search results.
