How to Create an Account in the KSL.com News App

1. On the Sign Up screen, tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Apple or Google Account and approve the information shared with KSL.

If you have more than one Apple or Google Account, make sure you choose the one you want to use with KSL.

If the email Apple or Google shares matches an existing KSL account, you’ll be signed in to that account. If it is a different email, a new, separate KSL account will be created.

If you choose Apple’s Hide My Email

Apple may ask you to choose between Share My Email and Hide My Email.

• Share My Email: Uses the email address on your Apple Account.
• Hide My Email: Uses a private email address Apple creates and forwards to your inbox. That private address becomes the email on your KSL account.

To avoid creating a separate account: If you already have a KSL account under your regular email, sign in the same way you did before. If you choose Hide My Email, your regular email will not be used to find your existing account.

Google’s standard sign-in uses the email address of the Google Account you select. It does not create a private forwarding address.

1. On the Sign Up screen, tap Continue with Email.
2. On the Account Creation screen, enter your:
   • Email
   • Password
   • Password Again (enter the same password a second time)
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Zip Code
3. Review the linked Terms of Use, Video Consent Viewing Policy, Classifieds Terms of Use, and Privacy Statement.
4. Tap the circle next to “By creating an account, I agree to…” to confirm that you agree.
5. Tap Create Account. A popup that says Account Created will appear.

Need to go back? Tap Sign Up in the upper-left corner to return to the Sign Up screen.

Verify your email

You need to verify your email before you can log in.

1. Check your email inbox for a message to verify your new account.
2. In the email, tap Verify Account.
