How to Comment on Stories in the KSL News App

Want to join the conversation? Follow these steps to post a comment or reply to another reader in the KSL News app.

Before posting, review the Comment Board Guidelines. Comments should be civil, constructive, and relevant to the story.

iOS

Open the KSL News app.
Open a story from the home page, or tap Search in the bottom menu to find a specific story. If you opened the story from a web browser or push notification, skip this step.
Open the comments by tapping the Comments button beneath the story’s main photo, the speech-bubble icon in the top toolbar, or the Comments button near the bottom of the story.
Tap Comment Board Guidelines to review the commenting rules, then return to the comments.
Tap the + icon in the upper-right corner.
Write and review your comment, then tap Submit in the upper-right corner.

Android

Open the KSL News app.
Open a story from the home page, or tap Search in the bottom menu to find a specific story. If you opened the story from a web browser or push notification, skip this step.
Tap the Comments button beneath the story’s main photo.
Tap Comment Board Guidelines to review the commenting rules, then return to the comments.
Tap Post Your Own Comment near the top of the comments section.
In the Add New Comment window, tap Type your comment here and enter your comment.
Review your comment, then tap Post in the lower-right corner of the window.
