How to Submit App Feedback on the KSL News App

How to submit feedback:

On iOS:

1. Open the KSL News app on your smart device. 
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner. 
3. Select Contact Support from the menu under General. 
4. You’ll be redirected to our support chat widget.
5. Fill in your name and email.
6. Select Feedback/Feature Request from the drop-down menu.
7. In the description box, write out your requested feature and click Send.

Your feedback will be submitted to a CX support professional who will assist you with your request.

On Android: 

1. Open the KSL News app on your smart device.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top right corner. It looks like a vertical series of dots.
3. Select Customer Support from the menu.
4. You’ll be redirected to our support chat widget.
5. Fill in your name and email.
6. Select Feedback/Feature Request from the drop-down menu.
7. In the description box, write out your requested feature and click Send.

Your feedback will be submitted to a CX support professional who will assist you with your request.
