How to Delete Your KSL Account

Decide to part ways with your KSL.com account? Follow these simple steps to delete it.

iOS App Instructions: 

  1. Open the KSL Classifieds App on your iOS Mobile Device
  2. Select My Account in the bottom left

  1. Select "Profile" 

  1. Select "Request Account Deletion" 

  1. Confirm your request

  1. Reply back to support@ksl.com with the requested details: 
    • Email address: Provide the email address linked to your KSL.com account
    • Full name: Specify the first and last name registered on your account
    • Zip code: Confirm the zip code associated with your account
    • Reason for deletion: Briefly state the reason behind your request

Android App Instructions: 

  1. Open the Play Store app on your Android Device
  2. Search and open KSL Classifieds
  3. Scroll down to Data Safety and expand it
  4. Select "Account deletion available" 

  1. Select "Go to the developer’s site" 

    6. Follow the steps at the provided link and submit

 

Web/Email Instructions: 

To delete your account through e-mail, first send an email with your request to support@ksl.com. Please include the following information:

  • Email address: Provide the email address linked to your KSL.com account
  • Full name: Specify the first and last name registered on your account
  • Zip code: Confirm the zip code associated with your account
  • Reason for deletion: Briefly state the reason behind your request

Once we receive your request and account details, support@ksl.com will work with you to process your account deletion. Please note that when you delete your account, all account details —  including information regarding current or past listings — will no longer be available. Read the KSL.com privacy policy for additional information.
