How to request an unblock
Unblocking a user is currently only available through our Support Team.
To help us find and reverse the block, please contact us and include as much of the information below as possible.
1 Your email address for KSL.
2 The estimated date and time the user was blocked.
3 The name of the user you want to unblock.
4 The item and listing number, if available, for the listing you were messaging about.
5 Any other details or contact information you have connected to this user.
Confirmation
Once we receive your request and can identify the connected account, we’ll unblock that account and provide confirmation.
If we’re unable to identify the account using the information provided, we may ask additional questions to help get things resolved.
