Follow these detailed instructions to Unblock a KSL Messages User.
Unblocking
Unblocking a user is currently only available through our Support Team.
Please submit your request to us at support@ksl.com or 801.515.2309 and include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your email address for KSL
- Estimated Date/Time the user was blocked
- Name of the user
- Item and listing # (if available) of the listing you were talking through
- Any other details or contact information you have connected to this user
This will give us the best chance to find and reverse this block.
Confirmation
Once we receive your request and can identify the connected account, we’ll promptly Unblock that account and provide you with confirmation. If we’re unable to identify the account through the provided information, additional questions may be asked to help get things resolved.
